Empire Blueprint Terms of Service

This Empire Blueprint Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made effective as of 01/16/25, by and between Empire Blueprint ("Coach"), and [Client Name] ("Client").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Coach possesses specialized skills and experience in fitness coaching; and
WHEREAS, the Client seeks to engage the services of the Coach to help grow an online fitness coaching business by following the Coach's guidance and participating in the coaching program;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Coach shall provide comprehensive fitness coaching consulting services, focusing on methods and strategies designed to help the Client grow their business. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized coaching sessions.

• Guidance in creating lead generation content.

• Optimizing social pages.

• Providing guidance specific to backend systems through course material.

• Online video sessions, telephonic consultations, and digital communication via messaging platforms.

2. CLIENT COMMITMENTS AND STIPULATIONS

The Client agrees to fully engage in the coaching process and commits to the following:

a. Work through 100% of the course material.
b. Diligently engage within the community to achieve success.
c. Complete at least 180 days in the program.
d. If unable to attend calls due to time zone differences or other reasons, the Client must watch all call recordings to achieve success within the community.

3. DELIVERABLES OF THE COACH

The Coach commits to delivering the following services:

a. Comprehensive educational modules, including video lessons, written materials, and exercises designed to help grow an online fitness coaching business.
b. Regularly scheduled weekly coaching calls to provide direct support, answer questions, and facilitate participant discussions.
c. Timely review and constructive feedback via personalized guidance and insights through telephonic or messaging communication within the community.

4. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

1. Empire Blueprint abides by a no-refund policy. It would not be fair to our team if we coached you for hours and provided placements only for you to request a refund.

2. Additionally, a mindset of asking for a refund allows for an easy way out and undermines accountability to follow through on your business venture. This policy is implemented to ensure your commitment and success.

3. If any of the commitment terms are broken, Empire Blueprint reserves the right to terminate services with the Client and take legal action to recover any damages caused to the business.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

1. This Agreement, including all Exhibits referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

2. This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings between the Parties, whether written or oral.

3. No amendment, change, or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
